Dobropoljana is placed in the bay of the same name on the island of Pasman that is one of 300
islands of the Zadar archipelago, connected
to the mainland and the town of Biograd
by boat lines via the neighboring island
of Ugljan. It is situated on the northeastern
side of the island.
Dobropoljana is a typical island settlement, located at the foot of the island's highest peak, Bokolj (272 m). Here harmony has been achieved between the old architecture and the newly-constructed houses. The port offers safe mooring for yachters, while there is a sand beach right next to the settlement.
